You may browse this site, use the sample-data demo, and download the resources we offer for your own work. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.

Early access

ClosePack is in active development. Joining the early-access list is an expression of interest, not a purchase or a guarantee of access, pricing, features, or timing, all of which may change as we build.

Your account

Accounts are created by invitation while ClosePack is in pilot. There is no self-serve signup: we set your account up for you, and you sign in with the email address we set it up under. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself and for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has reached it, tell us and we will help you close it off.

Your data

The financial information you import or enter stays yours. Putting it into ClosePack transfers nothing to us. We use it to run the product for you: to store it, to build the statements, views and packs you assemble from it, and to keep your work available the next time you sign in. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Our Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and which providers process it on our behalf. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time, and we will take care of it.

Pre-release software

ClosePack is pre-release. The site, the demo, and the product are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep everything accurate and reliable, but it may change, pause, or have rough edges while in development, and we do not promise a level of availability during the pilot.

You stay responsible for your own numbers. ClosePack helps you assemble and check your financial statements; it does not audit them, file them, or give you accounting, tax, or legal advice. Review what it produces before you rely on it or hand it to anyone else.

Our content

The ClosePack name, brand, site content, and software are owned by ClosePack. The free templates and resources are yours to use in your work; please do not resell them as your own.

Ending your access

You can stop using ClosePack whenever you like and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or when the pilot ends. Except where the law or a serious breach requires us to act immediately, we will tell you first and give you a fair chance to take your data with you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ClosePack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, the product, or any pre-release materials.
